FAQ
Questions gym owners ask
What kinds of gyms is Classtead for?
Gyms that sell memberships and run classes: boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, martial arts, CrossFit and fitness studios.
How do payments work?
Through Square or Stripe. Connect your own account from your Payments page in a couple of clicks: members' payments go straight to it, and we don't take a cut.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Members use their phones, and any tablet with a camera can be your door check-in kiosk.
Is there a limit on members?
No. The price is the same whether you have 20 members or 400.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site starts at classtead.com/yourgym, and when you're ready we'll connect your own domain (like yourgym.com) for you.
Who can see my members' information?
Only your gym. Each gym's members, payments and records are kept separate, and other gyms on Classtead can't see them.
